What we do
A piece of software that has become difficult to maintain. Systems that no longer work well together. A project that has stalled. Repetitive work that could be automated. Or an idea involving AI, without yet knowing whether it is useful or realistic. That is often where our work begins.
We start by understanding your business, your users, your existing systems and your constraints. Technology choices come later. Sometimes the answer is a new application. Sometimes a few well-chosen changes are enough. And sometimes a few days of analysis can avoid months of unnecessary development.
From early feasibility work to architecture, specifications, software development and integration, we help turn an idea or a business need into a workable technical solution. We can also review or modernise existing applications when replacing everything would make little sense.
Identifying AI applications that are genuinely useful, testing them on real data and integrating them into existing systems when the results justify it. AI is treated as one tool among others, not as a requirement.
Bringing users, business teams and technical teams together, clarifying decisions and helping keep the project on track. We can also step in when a project has stalled or needs to be brought back under control.

Artificial intelligence
Artificial intelligence can do impressive things. It also generates a great deal of noise. We prefer to start with a simple question: what are you trying to improve, automate or make possible?
From there, we assess what AI can realistically contribute, what data it would need, how reliable it must be and what constraints apply to privacy, cost and integration. If AI is the right approach, we help choose and build it. If a simpler solution would work better, we will say so.
How we work
A clear, documented process. At any point you know where the project stands, what has been decided and what is still open.
We start with the business, the users, the existing systems and the constraints. Technology is not the starting point.
A solution is not better simply because it uses more technology. We aim for the level of complexity the problem actually requires.
You should understand what we are proposing, why we are proposing it and what the consequences are. Important technical decisions should not remain understandable only to technical specialists.
We document and share our work. Your teams should be able to carry on without us.
Why eletec
Technology has changed enormously over the years. We have worked through the arrival of personal computers, networks, the Internet, the Web, mobile, cloud computing and now generative AI. Some technologies changed the way we work for good. Others disappeared almost as quickly as they arrived.
That experience provides perspective: adopt what genuinely helps, without rebuilding what already works.
