All the elements making up this site — structure, texts, illustrations, logos, trademarks, sounds, videos and software — are the exclusive property of eletec or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written permission.

The brands and company names mentioned on this site as project references belong to their respective owners and confer no right of use whatsoever.

Data controller

The controller of the data collected through this site is eletec, 9, place Sébastopol, 59000 Lille. For any question about your data, use the contact form.

Data collected and purposes

The forms on this site collect only:

  • the identity and contact details you choose to provide (name, company, role, email, phone);
  • the content of your message and, where applicable, the project scoping details (budget, timeline, AI maturity);
  • minimal technical data: IP address, timestamp and user agent, kept to fight automated submissions and to keep a record of exchanges.

That data is used solely to handle your request and reply to it. It is never resold, never passed on and never used for unsolicited marketing. No profiling and no automated decision-making is carried out from it.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given through the checkbox on each form (article 6.1.a of the GDPR), and on the legitimate interest of protecting the site against automated submissions (article 6.1.f).

Retention period

Messages received are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Technical anti-abuse logs are kept for six months.

Recipients

The data is accessible only to the data controller and, where applicable, to the site’s hosting provider, acting as a processor. That hosting is located in the European Union. No data collected by this site is passed to any other recipient, nor transferred outside the European Union.

Your rights

Under articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, send your request through the contact form, stating the purpose of your request. You will receive an answer within one month.

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL — www.cnil.fr.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. A strictly technical session cookie may be set to secure form submissions (protection against CSRF attacks and automated submissions). That session cookie is deleted when the browser closes and requires no prior consent, in line with CNIL guidance.

Accessibility

This site was designed to stay readable and usable without JavaScript, with a keyboard, with a screen reader and taking the system reduce-motion setting into account. If you run into trouble reaching any content, please tell us through the contact form so that we can put it right.

The information published on this site is given for guidance only and may change. eletec does its best to keep it accurate but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or service unavailability. Links to third-party sites do not make the publisher responsible for their content.
